Message templates

Create, review, and preview reusable WhatsApp message templates.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Templates

   In the sidebar, open WhatsApp → Templates. My Templates shows saved templates and their current status.

   Review the template list and status before creating a new one.

2. 2

   Create a template

   Select + New Template. Give the template a name, choose its category and language, and write the message body. Add a header or variables when needed.

   The New Template form supports text, media, and variables.

   Preview the message

   Use Tap to preview on a saved template to inspect how its text and buttons appear in WhatsApp.

   Check the rendered message before using the template.
