Products and services

Save catalog items so they are ready to add to an invoice or quote.

Steps

1. 1

   Open the catalog

   Open Billing → Products. Use the search field or the Products and Services filters to find an existing item. Select + Add to make a new one.

   Add a product

   Choose Product, enter its name and selling price, then review the GST rate and unit. Tamil name, HSN code, and cost price are optional. Select Create Product.

   Choose Product for a physical item in the billing catalog.

   Add a service

   Choose Service when the item represents work you provide. Enter its name and selling price, review the GST rate and unit, and select Create Service. The SAC code and cost price are optional.

   Choose Service for work such as consulting or repairs.

   Consider a future reminder

   The optional reminder checkbox schedules the next purchase or service reminder after an invoice containing this item is fully paid. Enable it only when you want that follow-up.
