Business setup for AI

Prepare the business knowledge and rules an AI Agent may use.

Steps

   Open Business Setup

   If Business Setup is available in your workspace, open Settings → Business Setup. This setup workspace may depend on your plan and feature availability. Saving here does not turn on live AI conversations or send WhatsApp messages.

   Prepare approved business information in safe setup mode.

   Describe your business

   On Business, enter a business description, ideal customer summary, service areas, languages, default language, and timezone. Select the business models that apply and a primary model, then select Save setup.

   Complete the other tabs

   Use Operations, Customers, Goals, Pricing, and Knowledge to define how the business works and what information may be used in answers. Review customer-facing claims and pricing carefully. Use Test answers and Review to check the setup before enabling a live conversation mode.

4. 4

   Generate a playbook if useful

   Auto-configure playbook can build discovery questions from the business profile and configured products or services. Review the result. This action does not enable automatic actions.
