Connect a store

Connect a WooCommerce store to sync customers and orders.

Steps

1. 1

   Start a store connection

   Open Settings → Stores. Under Add Store, choose WooCommerce, enter the full Website URL, and select Connect WooCommerce.

   Add a WooCommerce site from Settings → Stores.

2. 2

   Complete approval

   Follow the WooCommerce approval flow, then return to Waflo. Check Connected Stores for the store and its status. If authorization is pending, complete approval in WooCommerce. Shopify is shown in the selector but is currently marked Coming Soon.

3. 3

   Set up order updates

   After the store is connected, review its available order automations and choose approved templates where required for WhatsApp messages outside the 24-hour customer-service window. Store automation availability may depend on your plan.
