Check connection status and find the next setup tasks.

Steps

   Open Settings

   In the sidebar, open WhatsApp → Settings. The WhatsApp Business card shows whether your connection is active.

   Review the launch checklist

   If shown, use the checklist for the next steps, such as adding messaging credits, creating a template, completing business setup, or creating an automation.

   Check your connection

   If the card shows Connected, your WhatsApp Business account is linked. Use the setup guidance on the page if a step remains incomplete.
