See your leads, contacts, and recent WhatsApp conversations in one place.

Steps

   Open CRM

   Select CRM in the Waflo sidebar. The overview shows open leads, unread messages, and total contacts.

   The CRM overview is a starting point for customer work.

   Choose what to work on

   Use View Leads, Contacts, or WhatsApp Inbox to open the corresponding workspace.
