Get started with Waflo
From mobile number verification to your first Waflo dashboard.
Steps

Enter your mobile number
Open Waflo, enter your mobile number, then select Send OTP.

Verify the OTP
Enter the six-digit code sent to your mobile number and select Confirm. If it does not arrive, use Resend.

Add your business information
Enter your name, business name, type, city, and state. GSTIN is optional. Select Create free workspace.

Connect WhatsApp through Meta
Select Connect WhatsApp securely during onboarding. If you skipped this step, finish it from WhatsApp → Settings before sending or scheduling WhatsApp messages. In the Facebook Login for Business window, review the introduction and select Continue.
4. Complete the secure connection before using WhatsApp messaging. If you skipped onboarding setup, finish it from WhatsApp → Settings. Continue in the Meta authorization window. - 5
Select your business assets
Choose the correct business portfolio and WhatsApp Business account. Check both selections, then select Next.
5. Select the business assets you want to connect. - 6
Review and confirm
Review the access Waflo requests. If the business and WhatsApp account are correct, select Confirm. Return to Waflo and wait for the connection status to update.

Open your dashboard
Select Go to dashboard when onboarding is complete. The sidebar gives you access to CRM, WhatsApp, Billing, and other Waflo tools.
