Chatbot flows

View your flows and arrange connected steps in the chatbot builder.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Flows

   In the sidebar, open WhatsApp → Flows. From the list, use Edit flow to open an existing flow or select + New Flow to start one.

   The Flows list shows each flow and whether it is active.

2. 2

   Build the conversation

   In the builder, use the node palette to add a trigger, message, question, action, or condition. Connect the nodes in the order customers should follow.

   Connect the nodes to define the conversation path.

3. 3

   Review and save

   Check each branch and message in the canvas, then select Save. Review the Active toggle before the flow is used for customer conversations.
