WhatsApp Inbox

Find a customer conversation and reply from one workspace.

Steps

   Open Inbox

   In the sidebar, open WhatsApp → Inbox. The conversation list appears beside the selected chat.

   Find a conversation

   Use Search or start new chat at the top of the conversation list, then select the customer you want to view.

   Review and reply

   Read the recent messages before responding. Type in the message box at the bottom and use the send button when your reply is ready.
