- Comply with WhatsApp Commerce and Business Messaging Policies
- Not send prohibited content (spam, illegal products, adult content, gambling, etc.)
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your account credentials
- Keeping your access tokens secure
- Ensuring valid usage of your WhatsApp Business Account
- Actions taken within your WAflo workspace
If suspicious activity is detected, WAflo may temporarily suspend access.
4. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage
You must comply with:
- WhatsApp Business Policy
- WhatsApp Commerce Policy
- WhatsApp Template Guidelines
WAflo is not responsible for account bans or restrictions imposed by Meta due to policy violations.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing
- Send harmful, illegal, or restricted content
- Misuse automation for abusive behavior
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack WAflo
- Use WAflo for fraudulent purposes
6. Data & Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy:

7. Limitation of Liability
WAflo is not liable for:
- WhatsApp account bans
- Delay or failure in message delivery
- Meta API downtime
- Losses caused by automation errors
- Third-party system failures
Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.
8. Termination
WAflo may suspend or terminate your account if:
- Payment is overdue
- You violate WhatsApp or WAflo policies
- Fraudulent activity is detected
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
